What are your payment terms?

It is our policy to confirm the receipt of payment in full before shipping all items. Payment is due and payable immediately the day of shipment. You may request a net 30 or 90 day payment schedule which must be approved and may be denied. Payment terms are determined by a case by case basis.

Do you accept COD (Cash On Delivery) orders?

Unfortunately, we cannot process COD orders. All orders must be pre-paid. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Do you accept credit cards outside of the United States?

Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer credit cards as a payment option for customers purchasing and receiving goods outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I have received my invoice, where do I wire funds?

Our wire transfer information can be found at the bottom of both your invoice and the initial purchase order for your convenience. If you cannot find the information on either document or have misplaced these documents, please contact our accounting department.

Which payment types do you accept?

We prefer that most transactions be paid by wire transfer, however we do accept most major credit cards for purchases made within the United States. We require that all international purchases be paid by wire transfer with no exceptions. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Which shipping carriers or logistics firms do you typically use?

CTS (Computer Transportation Services) is our primary logistics firm that handles the majority of our shipping both domestically and internationally due to our significant corporate discount and long standing relationship with them. We seldom find a lower real-time shipping estimate for both domestic and international goods.

How much does shipping cost and How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on the zip code of the destination. Shipping charges are calculated in real-time for orders shipped within the United States, via FedEx, Priority Mail. Shipping charges are calculated and presented to you in real time during the ordering process, allowing all charges to be known before you complete your order. We do not use a one-charge fits all pricing policy. The shipping charge shown on your invoice when you check out is the actual cost to ship the package to your door.

Why does it take longer to process and ship international orders?

The processing and shipping of all international orders takes about 1-2 days longer than domestic orders. This is due to a variety of factors. International orders require at least twice as much time to pack and ship due to all of the customs paperwork that must be properly filled out. It is for these reasons that we do not specify delivery dates for international orders at the time of purchase. We will ship your International order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of shipping.

Can you ship my order to an address other than the one listed on my credit card billing statement?

Yes, we can ship to alternative, or third party addresses. However, this usually requires that you are a current customer or you have made special arrangement with us beforehand. We reserve the right not to ship packages to any address that we feel may be suspect. You will also be subject to submitting your permission for us to ship to your desired location.

Can I choose to have my order shipped using my preferred shipping method?

Absolutely. If you receive a significant discount for shipping with or prefer to use your own carrier, we are more than happy to assist you in making the arrangements to ensure your order is shipped safely and correctly. Before considering this option, we do recommend you request a shipping quote from us as we are offered significant discounts due to our long term relationships with our logistics providers.

How do I complete an order on your website?

Unfortunately we are unable to process orders on our website. The majority of our inventory requires very specific packing and shipping methods. Product packaging and shipping must be determined carefully on a case by case basis to ensure safe delivery of your order. Due to the nature of our products and their shipping requirements, communication between ourselves and the customer is extremely important. What is your 90 day warranty policy?

Most of our products warrantied and are guaranteed for 90 days after having been received. Our 90 day warranty typically covers items that were received damaged, have technical and instrumentation issues that were not listed when advertised, or are missing parts or accessories.
